Goodbye Coach Meyer

LET me tell you something everyone, Urban Meyer is one of the greatest college football coaches ever. All you have to do is look at his record. He has been a winner at every college he has coached at. At the University of Florida he was the best coach they have ever had. People talk about Steve Spurrier and how great he is. Let's talk about Urban Meyer and how great he is. Two National Championships at UF, Three Total one before he came to UF. He had the most dominating team in the country for  4 years. Yes this year was not one of them to be sure. How can you be as passionate on the side lines as Meyer was usually is thinking about a bad heart and, if you can;t stay calm a person with his condition could drop on the side line and be dead before you could reach a hospital. I noticed this year that he was not doing his usual pacing up and down the field, not giving his players hell like usual. A lot of other things come to mind as well, but if i got into it all this would be an article instead of a thread. His success at UF in such a short time is phenomenal and, will probably never be matched by any coach. After the Gators last loss i told my wife that at the end of the season Urban Meyer would retire, i could just see he could not be his self because of health problems. I was right and, if anyone thinks Meyer will wait a year and get another coaching job, well i wouldn't hold my breath. Meyer loved being and coaching at Florida, his great career is sadly over. He will stay retired and, will not be seeking employment else where. When it comes to the point because of health problems that you can't be passionate and, well light a fire under your players ass' then just coaching at another school would be the same result that Florida had this year, It is just not a decision that a great thinking person like Urban Meyer would make. His family and his health is more important than coaching football. Like i said before his career as a coach is sadly over.  May GOD bless coach Meyer with a long and happy life. It will be very hard for him to adjust to not being on the field coaching, i feel for him with all my heart as everyone else should do as well. Goodbye coach Meyer and GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS.

FLORIDA--- LSU

No way in hell LSU WINS IN THE SWAMP. Florida's D is better than LSU, even though the numbers do not reflect it.  How could LSU jump from 12th to the top five? Thats ludicrous if the Gators beat LSU, excuse me i mean when the Gators beat LSU will they jump in to the top 5? Hell no, but they will jump in to the top 10 when they whip the Tigers ass by at LEAST  14 points. Remember the game will be in the Swamp. All the Tigers will be is Gator food. You can take that to the bank and deposit it.

Gators, Vols Match Up

YEAH  you want to know why everyone is upset about the Broncos being where they are, just look at their schedule that's why. Boise State wouldn't

win three games in the SEC and you can take that to the bank. Heck i doubt they would win three games in the ACC for that matter. IF anyone is

getting mad about what is said about Florida in this article it is because it's BS. Florida's defense dominated Tennessee except for a few lucky

breaks the Vols had, and the refs gave them those. IT is like the writer of this article is mad because the Vols are not what they used to be, but

don't put the Gators in that category. Everyone points to Miami (Ohio) game even though the GATORS bashed them. Miami (Ohio) is a decent team. They

beat the crap out of a big 12 team today, not that Colorado State is a power house or anything but according to the Big12 fans they are supposed to

be a major conference, and besides Miami (Ohio) has been a decent team for a few years. Mind now I'M not bragging about beating Miami (Ohio) I'M

just saying they are not a push over and the Gators probably under estimated them or the score would likely been a lot higher on Florida's behalf. I

don't care where you play in the SEC,every game is a war for the road team, and the Gators went in to Neyland Stadium and dominated Tennessee in

front of 102,000 plus hostile fans. Now you tell them the Florida, Tennessee rival ain't what it used to be. If it wasn't 102,000 fans would not

have been there. The clown who wrote this article has the gall  to say the game was closer than the score indicated. Anyone watching that game saw a

safety taken away from Florida on a review. You would have to be legally blind not to have seen the Vols QB was clearly in the end zone when he was

sacked. That took points off of the Gators score and possession of the Football by way of the free kick that would have pursued and the score likely

would have ended up 40-17 or 36-17. My point being that the Vols were more dominated by Florida than the score indicated. The Gators are ranked #10,

please if any team in the country is under estimated it is Florida and today's score's prove that. After the next Two weeks we will all see if that

is the case or not. Florida plays Arkansas next week, and week after Alabama has to drag their ass into the SWAMP this year. We will see. Urban

Meyer is not the kind of coach that get's beat by the same team Two years in a row. He will have his players so wired up the next Two weeks it may

take them another Two weeks to get to sleep.

GATOR BAIT

"Youmare wrong about florida they were tied 7 ta 7 with south florida in the second weekend of the season. I see and get your point but dont give florida more credit than they deserve. they have not looked good at all and shouldnt get to justify their blow out wins as both were comletely thanks to costly turn overs by their opponent. dont give them to much credit to early they havent shown they are good yet. They are just lucky they had a week opponent the first 2 weeks of the season or they may already have a loss"

That statement coming from an OU fan, man big surprise. Every year you OU fans rag on Florida, which by the way OU is also on my list of overrated team's. They prove that themselves every year. Knowing this those Sooner fans always claim that they are one of the Elite's of College Football, and every year they make an ass of their selves. In Two ways ,by ragging on Florida and their schedule and claiming that OU is a better Football team than the Gators. EVERY YEAR when it counts OU chokes,  or really never good enough to give them that much credit by saying they chock, and every year Florida finishes #1 or in the top 4 in the final rankings. So don't say I'M wrong about Florida until you can prove it come the seasons end.
