Boise inks deal with UT Martin in 2013

I've stated repeatedly that I oppose bringing in UT Martin.

Here is the problem.  Otherwise, Boise will play 7 road games and only 5 home games.  You can't pay for the stadium expansion doing that.  Got any better suggestions, Einstein?

You're team should have done the fair thing, and scheduled a H&H with UT Martin. We know it's not about the money.

No one loses a dime in a home and home series.  Each team keeps its gate and pays the expenses plus a small fee (usually 250k or so) to the other team.  A bigger stadium would mean a bigger home take, but neither side "loses money."  The reasons that the bigs won't travel is not that they'd lose money, they wouldn't.
That must mean you're A.D's a coward, scared to play the skyhawks on their home turf.

Hate to burst your bubble.

First, UT Martin still doesn't show on Boise's schedule.

Second, if you read their pressers at the time, UT Martin was trying to schedule a money game.

But don't let facts get in your way.

Boise inks deal with UT Martin in 2013

The fact that people are stating that Boise plays one of the worst schedules in D-1 football is an out and out lie and an attempt to downplay Boise's success.  It's at the forefront of their Boise State hate agenda.  They do not have one of the worst schedules in the country out of 124 teams.  When they do get matched up with a poorer team they dismantle them as any great team would do, but I challenge you to find another mid-major other than maybe Fresno who plays a harder schedule.  And the fact that Fresno gets the benefit (or misfortune) of playing Boise every season only raises their SOS.  This very site ranked Boise's SOS at 59, 53, and 71 these last few years out of 124 teams.  And last year's SOS ranking was hurt badly by getting entirely screwed over (again) and matched up with 6 and 7 Arizona State in the bowl game, which was completely out of their control.  Still those figures are better than almost every single mid-major (if not every single mid-major) and several Big East, ACC, and even some Big Ten teams.  SB Nation ranked next season's out of conference schedule as the toughest in the nation.  Three of the four teams that they play out of conference were ranked in the top 25 at last year's end.  And of course as always 2 of those 3 contests will be road games, but isn't that always the story.
